Failed payments, refunds, plan changes and account recovery are product decisions with code behind them. We have made those decisions on our own account first.

NorthPoint is the parent. Each product gets its own name and its own brand rather than being forced under the corporate mark, so a product can find its own market without dragging the parent behind it.
